custom metrics

We have a problem with custom metrics, when we remove custom metrics, always appear when we gonna create a graphic, in the same way some custom metrics don't appear when we create it.

when we send the problem to cisco, Cisco refresh the platform for fix the problem, but don't exist a faster way for this? because wait until the cisco take action is taken weeks

Just to confirm, did you contact Cisco Support or AppD Support? What does Cisco support do to fix the issue?

Hello

I don´t know who is the contact because our first contact is a vendor who implemented the platform and set up the product, we haven't had contact with Cisco directly

It might be good for you to know who the vendor is so you can more easily reach them in the future. If the Community does not respond to your question, you can always reach out to AppD Support.
