No active user found for the requested resource error in Dashboard

Hi, 

We have a dashboard that gains data from many of our health rules and counters which are working and reporting properly but when accessing reports, we get the errors below:

In server log can be found (but we're not using EUM!):

Hi Karol,

I did some digging and found some information for you. 

This error is thrown when you attempt to access a dashboard that is created by a user(s) who is deleted in the controller. This is supposed to be improved in 4.5.12

For a fix, you can copy the dashboard and it will recreate it with the user who copies it.

Can you see if that works?

Worked for me! Had to export the dashboard and recreate it by importing it. All good now.
