Hi Team,

We are facing issue i.e. not able to export RCA report in PDF format, after clicking on Export option it is again redirecting on Home page. Please help.

Thanks for sharing this with the Community. This sounds like it might be a bug. I would recommend contacting Support. See the Knowledge base link below for more info.

If you do create a ticket and get a response from Support, please share the learnings as a reply to the post. Knowledge sharing is key to the success of the community
