My requirement is:
My application is hosted in the cloud and I need a minimum of 3 servers to be up and running every time out of 5.

Hi @Prudhvi.Datta,
To be clear, you want to create a health rule to let you know when anything less than 3 of your server are running?
Thanks,
Ryan, Cisco AppDynamics Community Manager

Hello Prudvi,
The metric you need to use is "Agent|App|Availability" with "Affected entities as "Tier/Node Health - Hardware, JVM,CLR (cpu,heap,disk,I/O,etc)

I do not think this works since Agent.App.Availability is a node metric with a value of 1 or 0.
