Error after running Synchronization between servicenow and AppDynamics

Hello team,

 

We successfully established the connection between snow and AppDynamics. However, at the end of Synchronization, I'm seeing below error message wondering what else need to be configured?

 

Error Message:

"The operation CREATE_NODE :CREATE_ITEM encountered an error. The error is INSERT_FAILED : Insertion failed with error The operation CREATE_NODE : CREATE_ITEM encountered an error. The error is REQUIRED_ATTRIBUTE_EMPTY : Missing mandatory field [serial_number] in table [cmdb_ci_win_server]. Add input value for the mandatory field in payload The operation CREATE_NODE :CREATE_RELATION encountered an error. The error is INSERT_FAILED : Insertion failed with error "

I haven't found anything yet . However currently we are analyzing the data that we received from AppDynamics to ServiceNow .
