Error 500 Internal Server Error on the controller

I have a trial version of appdynamics and want to use Appdynamics to benchmark the application performance for my  MYSQL Database.

In my controller, I was able to add the Database Agent and database collector through UI.

I was not able to add the same Database collector through REST API. I have followed the document from this URL  https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Database+Visibility+API 

I was facing 500 internal server error with Exception ID : Exception Id:1b548637-3cb4-4dcf-86b4-ff4538d537b0 for both url's below.

https://<controller-id>/controller/rest/databases/collectors/create

https://<controller-id>/controller/rest/databases/collectors
