Hello @Adiabong.Odungide,

Sorry for the late reply. Here are some instructions.

Launch the controller.
Click on Forgot Password and enter the following information:
Account : Account Name
User: The primary contact's email id

And submit which will send the password resent link to the primary contact's email.
