Configmyapp utility business transaction configuration issue

I am trying to create Business transactions using the utility but we are getting the below error:

 

2022-05-24_13-56-36 ERROR An Error occured whilst creating business transaction detection rules for application 'ITCOO-BM-PIONEER'.

2022-05-24_13-56-37 ERROR 000

 

Any help will be appreciated.
