I am getting 

Agent license request denied. Agent type: Server Visibility; Host: xxxxx.ec2.internal; Reason: Not licensed for account error. could someone help me with that.

Hi @vikas.rathore,

 

Do you have a license for the server visibility, as per error it seems you don't have a license for server visibility 

 

Refer the below-mentioned document

Could you validate whether you have a license for server visibility from the license screen?

Yes. I am having 15 days trial. It should have all the licence.

Generally, trial license don't have server visibility license could you please check the license screen once and check for the server visibility license unit
