I am having issues with the Java agent not registering successfully with my trial account's SaaS controller.
The java agent is verified to have started successfully. The Account name & access key are correct. Network issues are also ruled out.
From the agent log, I can see the following error:
Error in controller in processing binary request AppAgent Config Data - Limit reached for: APPLICATION; Scope: Controller; Limit: 20000[AD Agent init] 14 Apr 2020 13:35:55,521 WARN ConfigurationChannel - Unable to get AppAgentConfigurationResponse from controller
Is this causing the issue? How to resolve it?
