Excluding Exceptions or error messages does not prevent from getting mail alerts

Hello,

I am configuring a SaaS controller for a customer and they want to exclude some java Exceptions: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.ro ro: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-104, SQLSTATE=42601, SQLERRMC=;AT MICROSECONDS MICROSECOND SECONDS SECOND MINUTES , DRIVER=3.58.82 java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00923:

FROM keyword not found where expected I have done the filtering in Instrumentation -> Error Detection -> Ignored Exceptions & Ignored Messages (see attachment). But:

1) I keep seeing the exceptions in Troubleshooting -> Errors -> Exceptions (this is not so problematic..)

2) I keep getting mail alerts for those exceptions which shouldn't be considered as problems anymore.

Example of mail with those alerts: ERROR Application Error Tue Nov 13 00:12:44 PST 2018 | AMV_empleados | MX0301001810519_empleados ro: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-104, SQLSTATE=42601, SQLERRMC=;AT MICROSECONDS MICROSECOND SECONDS SECOND MINUTES , DRIVER=3.58.82 ERROR Application Error Tue Nov 13 00:12:08 PST 2018 | AMV_arranques | MX0000001810533_arranques SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00923:

FROM keyword not found where expected.

Thanks for your help,
