In April, AppDynamics released an update to the Account Management Portal that moved all University Subscription management from the Resources page to a new University Subscriptions page.
You can find the new page at accounts.appdynamics.com/university-subscriptions, or by expanding the Entitlements menu in the Account Management Portal.
