Enhanced University subscription management

The University team has been hard at work over the past several months to serve you an enhanced University subscription management experience. 

In March, we announced that you can now remove users from University subscription vouchers using the self-service tools in the Account Management Portal. This made it possible for customers to swap users on their vouchers, without having to contact AppDynamics University support. 

With our latest update, you will be able to see your total swap and seat balance on the subscription voucher.

We’re not done yet! 

The University team is building additional voucher management improvements to enable Company Admins to assign vouchers to users whose AppDynamics accounts are still in “Pending” status. They will be able to see when disabled or deleted users are taking up a voucher seat (and remove them).
